Intro Into Digital Tech

In this past assignment, we had to create a flip-book. I created the flip-book using power-point and a template off of a website. Overall this was a simple assignment. I found three sources on business attire and posted them on my flip-book and my Symbaloo page. I also added pictures to my flip-book to give a pictorial representation.  I also added my name to my flip-book. Overall this was a simple and fun assignment. Some people may ask, what does a good leader look like? I will tell you what I think a good leader looks like. A good leader is reliable, dependable, positive, confident, and has great problem-solving skills. When I think of someone that you would hire, I would want a person that comes to work on time and does what is asked of them. This is where reliability comes to play. If you can't have a normal employee without this skill, you can't have a leader. This is one of many qualities that a leader has. A leader should also be positive. They should be positive no matter what to inspire others to work hard and stay positive. You will never get anything done in the workplace if there is only negativity. A leader should also be confident in their ability to lead others. One can not inspire others if not confident in their self. They should also have great problem-solving skills. What Do Employers Expect? Whether you know it or not, your employers expect a lot out of you. Your employers sometimes expect more out of your character than your ability to complete the task. You can always be taught to do a job since it is easier to learn hard skills. Some characteristics are hard to find and therefore give you a better chance to get hired if you have those qualities. Employers expect you to have a good attitude and good problem-solving skills. They also expect some leadership qualities depending on a position. Employers also want to see some things during the job interview such as maturity and professionalism. Employers also want someone that can work together and is reliable and dependable. They may also want someone that gave a good first impression, so please look good at their first sight of you.
