What Does A Good Leader Look Like?

Some people may ask, what does a good leader look like? I will tell you what I think a good leader looks like. A good leader is reliable, dependable, positive, confident, and has great problem-solving skills. When I think of someone that you would hire, I would want a person that comes to work on time and does what is asked of them. This is where reliability comes to play. If you can't have a normal employee without this skill, you can't have a leader. This is one of many qualities that a leader has. A leader should also be positive. They should be positive no matter what to inspire others to work hard and stay positive. You will never get anything done in the workplace if there is only negativity. A leader should also be confident in their ability to lead others. One can not inspire others if not confident in their self. They should also have great problem-solving skills. This will allow them to keep moving even when a problem comes to their attention. A leader can't run a business or help others if they can not fix a problem. These are some things that I think that leaders should have to be successful.
